About Us

ABS YAPI established its Philippine subsidiary, Advanced Building Solutions Philippines, Inc., in partnership with local experts Rexel Britos and Ric Lamigo in 2024. Prior to this, ABS YAPI had already been active in the region since 2019, providing its innovative solutions. Our products have been utilized by one of the Philippines' leading contractors, in prominent projects such as The Seasons Residences by Federal Land, Inc. and The Yuchengco Centre by San Lorenzo Luiz Investment Holding & Services, Inc. Recognizing the vast opportunities in the Maritime Southeast Asia region, ABS YAPI decided to strengthen its presence by partnering with local expertise rooted in the heart of the Philippine construction industry, enabling us to better support our customers with a more direct and focused approach.

ABS Void Formworks

ABS Void Formworks can be used for any sort of lightweight filling application. Uses include sunken slab fillings, landscape fillings to create a hard surface, inverted beam fillings, fillings between foundation footings, carpark ramps, pool decks, elevator/staircase hallway fillings and crawlspace construction.

Volimax Voided Slab System

Volimax voided slab system are create bidirectional hollow reinforced concrete slabs, also called voided slabs, by forming air gaps in the slab that are fully covered with concrete. Volimax voided slab system are concrete shaping elements made of recycled PP and they are only used once. The system reduces total structural weight up to 25%, saving on concrete and steel.
